Kickoff

We meet your team, get access to what we need, and agree on how we'll communicate. You always know who to call and what's happening. No guessing, no chasing.

Discovery & Assessment

Before we build, we look. We review what's already in place — the technology, the team, the existing work — and give you a clear picture of where things stand and where they need to go. When applicable, you receive a written findings summary.

Active Delivery

This is where we do the work. We're hands-on — making decisions, driving the team, and moving things forward — not just advising from the sidelines. You get regular updates and a clear view of progress throughout.

Milestone Reviews

We check in with you at key points to review progress, confirm priorities, and adjust if anything has changed. You stay in control of the direction. No surprises at the finish line.

Completion & Handoff

When the work is done, we make sure your team owns it. That means documentation, walkthroughs, and a clean handoff — no lingering dependency on us to keep things running. You leave with something you can stand behind.

Post-Engagement Support

We stay available for a short window after the engagement ends. If questions come up or something needs attention, we're reachable. We don't disappear when the project closes.

Ongoing Relationship

Some clients keep us involved on a retained or fractional basis as the next initiative begins or the team needs senior coverage. That's always an option — there's no obligation, but the door stays open.
